Rights and Permission to Translate and Reproduce

Obtaining copyright permission is the process of getting consent from a copyright owner to use the owner's creative material. Obtaining permission is often called “licensing”; when you have permission, you have a license to use the work.

Licensing

SDTEST^® provides the data from our tariff plans under open Creative Commons licenses to enable transparent sharing while protecting participants. The specific licenses applied are:

Permission

At SDTEST^®, we provide the data from our tariff plans under open Creative Commons (CC) licenses to balance transparent sharing with protecting participant privacy.

The CC licenses applied to each of our plans are summarized in the table below. Please review the licenses carefully to understand what is permitted when accessing and utilizing data from SDTEST.

In general:

- CC BY licenses allow broad reuse with attribution

- CC BY-NC-ND limits commercial use and derivatives

- CC BY-SA requires sharealike terms on adaptations

- CC BY-NC-SA stipulates noncommercial adaptations

While we aim to enable broad usage under the applicable CC license for each plan, any use of the data must:

- Comply with the restrictions and requirements outlined in the specific license

- Avoid identification of participants and breach of privacy

- Provide appropriate attribution to SDTEST^® as the source

Please be sure to check the license terms for such data before using or redistributing, as the creators' permissions may differ from ours. Properly citing all data sources is important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting providers' intellectual property rights.

Copyright or intellectual property infringement

If you believe that your work has been made available on the site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated in connection with the site, please provide to copyright@sdtest.org.cn the following information:

(1) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;

(2) a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

(3) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located within the Service;

(4) your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

(5) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent or the law; and

(6) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
